Me again,travelling to Scotland from England for work (new restrictions?)

Hi I’m due to be travelling to near Glasgow this weekend for work, I saw Nicola sturgeon on the tv and has new lockdown restrictions been announced? If so does anyone know the rules? I googled and saw on one site that anyone coming into Scotland needs a negative coronavirus test from within the past 3 days? Is that flying in and needed at airport or all types of travel coming into the country?

I have to come in form NI for work as well, what are the wonderful new rules, especially in regard to managed quarantine from other countries.

The announcement is for anyone traveling into Scotland from outside the UK, internal countries within UK cannot stop others from rest of UK.
