I'm not sure if this has been done before but the idea has been inspired by the popular dating app Bumble. It could push some people out their comfort zone! 
So first of all if you want to play, say you are in below but please do it properly and abide by the rules or it is pointless.
THE WAY IT WORKS
So people who say they are in - if someone winks at you, you MUST message first and get a conversation going. If you don't like someone then delete message (or block if they are really not your cup of tea!)
Could get people talking who wouldn't normally talk or could just be a stupid big disaster that doesn't work but that's what most life is these days so let's give it a go!
