I'm off work today and super bored! Just read that on average 87% of us are unhappy with our bodies which got me thinking of it in a swinging sense.
With so many confident and sexy people on Fabswingers, are you happy with your body? Xx |

Mr is going to the gym lots now and his body is changing to what he wants, I go too but the wobbly bits are still here! Dammit!!

Hell No!
I'd like to change a few things....but I'm too lazy to do the exercise, and too poor to pay for surgery...so guess I'll just have to live with it! |

I still personal train part time but have never had the 6 pack of some of the more dedicated members of my profession so yes I really look back on my early twenties when i trained hard and looked to trim and wish I could get that look back!.... And then I realise that red wine and quality crisps leave a legacy and I hope that clients like the fact that I am "just like them"!! |

 my mr is the same with his abs, he loves his new look arms and shoulders but moans about the lack of abs and that he is still chubby. I don't think he is, but if he really wants the abs Hel need to live without the KFC every Wednesday lol x |

Hundreds of crunches a day for years and years and years generally works.

Overall I wouldn't change my body trough surgery but.... An dieting at the moment as an in training for some competitions, so I guess I am actively changing it to more toned.... But if teeth count? I want a full set of porcelains, so bright that people need shades when I smile  |

I used to say the same till i became ill and needed lots of ops and reconstruction surgery made me more confident |

totaly happy with me an dont give a toss what anyone else thinks every bump bruise an scar on it was earned with pride ...only thing i would change is my teeth (well wouldnt change em just actually get some ) been fighting to get dentasl implants fer years now after i had to get mine removed due to serious ilnnes  |

Hi.. yep am now took a while but can't change it an certainly can't think of any changes that would make my life better. I think it's others that aren't happy with the way we look puts us down.. just glad I have him and he accepts my bumps lumps and anything else coming my way lol x |

We are going to the gym to lose a few pounds. Cream would like to be a bit fitter and trimmer round the waist, bum, arms and thighs. Maybe once the weight is shifted we could be called cereal bar and skimmed milk!
