I would post face pic but due to job and confidence won't do it

Get rid of all the pics you think the women want to see, ie , most of yours. Most women like the suited and booted full length clothed pics , only a limited number want to see your dick.
Not being cheeky but do a spell check on your profile or ask someone to help you with it. Even something as bad spelling and grammar can put many off.
Lastly say a bit more of what you want and what you can offer potential playmates.
Above all don't be desperate to meet , relax and don't take rejection personally, it happens to us all.
