so obviously with these cold winter months we want something to warm us (outwith the obvious) So soup it is but try and spice it up.. We all love the Korma sauce, why not make a Korma soup, or even go for a spicy parsnip? Keep warm folks and eat well x

Made a red pepper and chorizo soup but misread tsp as tbsp so double the amount of spices went in! but it was nice all the same!

I've been cooking a few Thai dishes lately because I'm cool as fu#k :')

The last thing I cooked was a Thai chicken soup served with jasmine rice.

It's called, Tom Yum Kai.

Nice and spicy and will heat you up a treat.
