I'm currently doing my best Nigella impersonation, whilst creating various side dishes to go with the beef that's currently in my slow cooker.
Tunes are on too.
What are you lot up to? |

Lovely slow cooked steak and ale pie filling prepped yesterday for today.
Overnight yesterday in the slow cooker oxtail peices which were stripped down today for tomorrow's evening meal. Fiddly but full of flavour.

I love a woman that can cook, not being sexist in the least as I love to cook also.
Currently I'm marinating 700 grams of pork shoulder at 1.39am after a few beers as I forgot to do it after my dinner!
Tomorrow I will cook a Thai dish called Nam Tok Moo which roughly translates to Waterfall pork which is essentially oven roasted pork with mint and lime served with Jasmine rice. I have became a master chef through lockdown! |

I find Thai food super difficult to do in this country as you simply can't get the ingredients the fish sauce here is appaling fish paste is unheard of unless you go to Asian markets and not really that good quality msg is a pain to get along with Thai tiny garlic and shallot.
It's why me case gets filled with ingredients and utensils when returning |
