Is anyone taking on the challange this year? I'm giving it a go for the first time. This is the first year that turbo trainer miles count.

The worst bit is seeing the Aussies tap it out in a single glorious ride in the lovely long sunshine as you battle through wind and sleet, soaked and frozen to the bone...

500 miles in a week on the turbo somehow sounds worse though! I'm out this year. Good luck!

Well done, that's awesome!

A friend pointed it out to me a day after it started, but I wouldn't have done it anyway (maybe next year... lol). Instead I'm building a homemade rocker plate for my turbo.

I think there are a few good videos on YouTube about rocker plates. I've considered it a few times but I just can't be footered doing it.lol
