It is not just key workers who are allowed to travel to work, anyone is allowed to travel to from their work but should work from home where at all possible and avoid vpublic transport again if possible.

Its not just key workers that can travel. Its all essential travel. Work is just an example of an essential reason to travel.
People can travel if they wish. They just have to have a good reason for doing so if they are stopped by the police. |
