Just hired a vibration plate, only experience of anything that vibrates is my rabbit, has anyone used these plate thingys

Hired it from a company in Manchester as they had great reviews, but the guy who installed it says I only have to stand on it, I thought u had to exercise on it, I shall have to look online for ideas

you can stand on them or position yourself anyway you think possible to hit the body part you want, theres 2 of them at my gym and very popular, i tried it once and it gave me a hard on which was kinda hard to disguise in shorts, i will stick to perving others using it lol

I use them at the gym.

It Should come with instructions as you should do diffrent exercises for diffrent areas of your body. X
