Really harsh with chatters in chatrooms, yet new chatters are allowed to be almost directing style in general chat,Why?

Gave up on chat unfortunately (I'm sure lots will disagree but this is my opinion on what I witnessed) as there was a controlling group that decided what could and couldn't be discussed in chat room
