Anyone else a bit more reluctant to meet due to drop in fitness levels or increase in weight ?
I’m on a mission but I’m thinking surely it’s not just me that’s a bit less confident

Sorry to be a contrary voice, but I'm feeling awesome and fitter than I have in years. Lockdown has helped me commit to daily workouts, either weights or running, and it's been a chance to work on bad eating habits.
Appreciate I don't have family or kids to look after which makes things easier, but regardless I've enjoyed the chance to mix things up and introduce healthy routines. |

I'm probably fitter than I have been in years due to a new found push-up and chin-up obsession. My diet is still terrible, though, and cardio has been mostly ignored.
To sum it up, my moobs, biceps, triceps and shoulders look more toned than ever, but I've still a wee pot belly, chicken legs, and get outta puff chasing the kids around. |

My overall stamina has went down during the pandemic. I can still do as much as I used to, just find myself getting tired quicker.
However my weight has went down 2kg, not much I know, but as a diabetic, anything is good.

More frustrated injured my knee and can't exercise the same. I was probs fitter a couple of months ago as had more time to exercise during lockdown, though was doing it more for mental health, I did get into shape a bit better, not so much now |

At first it was great when the roads were quiet you could safely cycle loads
This was wonderful
But as cars returned to the roads I think things have got worse ....... so I have been eating more cake and cycling less |

I don't think I put any weight on but I did lose some tone, strength, size etc while the gyms were closed.
Started back over a week now and I feel better already.
Not as far away from pre lockdown fitness as I thought. |

My pouch is now a jelly pouch lol need to get back to doing my planks and sit ups |
