So apparanly councils have been given the green light to issue £130 fines for stopping in yellow boxes at junctions. Down south so far but
Won't be long before cameras spring up all over, up here too, so nobody escapes this new money making scheme.
Add it to the other ways councils fleece drivers to add millions to their pots every year.

"It's a long time ago now but am pretty sure when I learned to drive the rule was that you didn't enter the yellow box at a junction unless your exit was clear.

and the only thing stopping you turning right is oncoming traffic... other than that just gonnae no...  |
