Seems to be a common complaint on the lounge forum too 
I either meet guys that want a quick shag or they want to settle down and start planning for the future - where’s the ones in the middle that want to live separately but have fun, go out, go holidays and of course have great sex

I also note the comments shirking single guys who are ‘whinging’ apparently.
As one myself, I write what I think are pretty decent messages, legible, and only after having read a profile to make sure it’s wanted, I also attach a face picture. Then 9 times out of 10... blanked.
Generally women don’t reply, or message first, in my experience. Times are hard on here... Just gotta put the work in. |

In 9 years I've had a few fb's decent people are easy enough to find it's just wading through the bullshit first and of course there's someone who I'd absolutely love to meet but it hasn't happened and knowing my luck probably never will

We were lucky enough to find a regular guy few years ago but he’s moved away now and it’s a nightmare to find a genuine guy who’s up for meeting few times a month. Plenty will lie through their teeth though but hopefully someone out there somewhere |

A local FWB would be awesome!
I'm not looking for any relationship, I like my space far too much and prefer being alone.
Someone who could visit, hang out a while, fuck and leave would be ideal. Comfortable enough to get on and have good sex but doesn't mind not hanging around too much either.

It’s hard for everyone to find a FWB, if a single lady sends a message to a guy they will prob respond and say yes but maybe not continue after the first meet, for single guys sending messages they have to stand out somehow, for those of us that don’t have the gift of the gab it can be hard.
I have given up on messaging lady’s and couples as I don’t have the chat to stand out or the body that some people are looking for, I know they can’t respond to everyone but it would be nice to know why it’s a no, even a simple sorry your not my/our type |

I get that and I'm in the same boat, not being instantly "outstanding" so many will pass me by. Often messages get deleted while still unread.
However I also get that women must be completely inundated with messages, often getting hundreds per day. To reply to each one must take ages so I can fully understand why they dont have time, even though I'd love to know why I will never *expect* a response because I know hundreds of others are in the same boat. |
