Before you start complaining, folk dont always spend their entire wage before the end of the month.
Owning a car taught me to leave aside enough for garage bills. |

Personally Id like to thank the employees who have worked mega overtime to help customers despite many of them being affected by the computer glitch and having their own financial problems

Easy enough said but for most people they are rooked come the end of the month its difficult times for everyone financially if something unexpected comes up then many are left skint by the next pay day and i think many people will agree with me . |

A lot of folk have their direct debits set up to come off soon after their monthly pay..... It's not a case of saving up a few hundred pounds just in case, it could be several or many hundreds that can't be processed due to not been paid.

What about all the families that can only afford to live month to month? Before we managed to get financially stable we would be totally skint just before payday, and we owned a car.
Just because one person has some money, doesn't mean the next is as well off... |

yeah i got cought up in it apparently company i work for couldn't process wages but they did however go to bank an lifted a shit load of cash an gave anyone who needed it an advancement of £100 to tide us over till monday ...not ideal but at least the had the foresight an inclination to do it ..ok meant i couldn't go an party like i wanted to but hey i'll survive ....but as others said in this climate come payday they are living hand to mouth .....banks should have been doing more to get it sorted they quick enough to take your money when you miss a dd or bill ffs |

I know a lot of people who work for rbs and I have to let everyone know that this was just a massive system failure. About 80% of people were in the the offices all day Friday and started work 6am till midnight on Saturday and the same on Sunday. Been told that everything should be fine after today.
Never a great thing to happen especially me being stuck in a petrol station not being able to use my card but hats off to them for working hard to fix the problems. |
