now we are not all super models but there a good reason some folk hide their face pics, heard about bad photos .They are not ugly but the photos that they have used are terrible.

When Jo and I started into swinging we met a couple from Ayrshire (not from this site) and has to be said the pics of the guy were awful, indeed he didnt look much better on cam.
We did however, got on with them really well, felt there was a chemistry and so did meet them.
Turned out, face to face that he was a good looking guy after all, just not very photogenic it seems!!!
Im sure though that the reverse can sometimes be true.... wonderfull pics but not so good in person? lol.

excuse the French but bullshit, as an avid photographer i can take pics that you'd swear were a sunset, taken at NOON or pictures of an oly child and make you think its TWINS. |

yeah grid the wonders of photoshop i still prefer to be in a darkroom doing prints so im old fashioned. But true the camera does lie and it has been for years i should know as ive been teaching folk how to do it for years |

Appreciate that face pic's may not look like the person when you meet them. However, another aspect to face pics is anonymity or not. We personally NEVER send face pics - as we appreciate and require anonymity - nor do we ask for them. I can confidently say that my wife Sue is VERY attractive (and every guy we've met has commenbted on this - I'm a lucky guy! (unquote!).
I think if folks don't want to post face pics for that reason then it'sup to them and should be respected (even if it may limit their interest - though we've thankfully never had a problem with that). If folks don't respect this and are rude about it, there's something wrong and those insisting wouldn't be taken up on the offer for their rudeness anyway.
Relating to photos, what we DO find funny is guying stating that they have (eg) a 9inch cock - and don't have a pic of it....! ANY guy with a dick that big will add a pic of it as he'd be very popular!lol (Unless he's got an identifying tatoo on it...which brings us back to our anonytmiy point...!   |

i wont meet unless iv seen a face pic but even thats not foolproof as i have discovered the ten yr ten stone ago photo... walked past the guy 5 times until he sent me a text sittin over here... was not a pleasent experience! i keep a photo in private always up to date and expect the same! i love the profiles that make them sound really drop dead gorgeous and out of the league till u see the face/body shot...and its like halloween came to life!!and i know im no model and "not conventionaly pretty" and i never claim to be any other way!
i know that the halloween statement sounds shallow and il come in for some flak for it but i really dont give a shit pysical attraction is human nature but personality also makes up for a huge part of it!! again each to their own!  |

I am a perfect example of this thread! I happily admit I'm not a particularly photogenic person, even my mum agrees and thats when you know its true!!...I had my nose fractured playing rugby years ago and its been a tiny bit squint ever since and its not even really apparent in real life but in photos, it looks like someones taken it off and put it back on blindfolded!!! BUT....I've been told that I'm a pretty attractive guy in the flesh so I guess the camera can lie! Hehe!! |

I must add, I use photos as an indicator only and will reserve judgement until meting in person as part of what makes someone attractive to me is their attitude and personality as well as physical attractiveness. |
