I know a guy who used to be a mental health nurse, told me a great story about an elderly female dementia patient who offered to give him a gam.
Being English he didn't recognise the term, so when he saw her family coming to visit he said, "she's on good form today, not sure what she meant but kept on asking if I wanted a gam". He didn't understand the looks he got until a colleague explained it was slang for blowjob. |
