I have a property I rent just outside City of Glasgow and rather than rent to a new Tenant I was thinking of renting it out on a nightly/daytime/evening for meets. This would be high standard rooms that would provide Safe, Clean, Descreet Accommodation. Is there a market for this? Let me know |

I’d never go to somewhere like that, gives me the creeps tbh.
If someone suggested to me it I’d def say no.
Like someone said Air B&B as that’s what gets used anyway  |

I think it’s a really good idea.
Quite a lot of people don’t want to use their own homes due to nosy neighbours.
They just want somewhere discrete, clean and comfortable to have a meet For a few hours. |

I think it could work , why automatically jump to hidden cameras and porn website assuming the op is a wrong one .they're are hotels that offer day rooms knowing full well what they will be used for , i say go for it seems like a good idea to me , the clue being somewhere safe and discrete as the op stated . |

I've been away this weekend so forgive me for not replying however some really good suggestions, deffo no cameras lol but I was thinking of having a supply of condoms and making it sexy not sleazy. Probably could organise some small parties. We also was thinking of sound proofing the rooms too  |

If this is a commercial venture then you are limiting your potential ROI by pitching to a very niche market. As Pringle said, just advertise it as a standard rental and you should see more regular bookings.
On a personal note I want to know the Covid policy of any property I stay in (I work away a fair bit) and I’m not sure AirBnB hosts have the same standards as leading hotel chains so that would rule it out. |

Yes I have thought about it, if the user of the flat already knows about the cameras then it can be an agreement between the renter and the owner otherwise the renter can sue the owner and have him face criminal charges under Scotland’s sex laws if he films without permission. |

The problem is it would have to be an officially signed document and everyone else visiting would also have to sign documents to give permission to film not just the person paying. Sounds like a logistical nightmare!!
As others have said, I would just go with Airbnb. If its nice and private, advertise as such - the swingers will soon come

The word you used is hidden, therefore the people renting wouldn't know they where being filmed. That was my point, why would someone secretly film people. I also doubt anyone coukd or would sue, risk front page headlines for a gang bang. Also it is not illegal to film on your own property, the stores film constantly.
As for renting out the flat, its the guys perogative and if everyone is comfortable why not. |

Personally I wouldn’t want to use it if that was its sole purpose word soon spreads and papers soon start catching wind as do neighbours etc so not worth the risk |

1 jaqquzi bath.
Open plan kitchen and sitting room. Three balconies.
Two double fold out sofa beds.

Yes but with a bespoke level of service like having the apartment set up to suit your kink I.e love swing, cage ect. The key things will be Descreet, clean, safe. Lots of people/couples can't accom

So to clear this up ....
The guy who created this post about renting out the flat isn’t filming, it was my suggestion regarding the filming as part of a fantasy, this has nothing to do with the guy renting out the flat at the start of this post, he’s simply looking at a business idea.
My fantasy idea is separate from that but inspired by someone renting out somewhere ......
The fantasy is they the people engaging in sex in the rented apartment would obviously know they are being filmed but it would be agreed with who ever they are renting the place out from to film them. The renter gets his money ad watches the couple or group have fun and the couple or group like the idea of being “secretly” filmed.
Hope that clears it up... OP sorry didn’t mean to cause you to look bad, you’re simply looking at a business prospect plain and simply, wasn’t my intention to shine a bad light on you. |

Pringles is on the right track with private parties as most including myself would have no interest sharing a space with random swingers. (Security privacy etc).
However that’s no business model for renting and a sprinkling of condoms does not give you a USP over a regular Airbnb when it would come to a private party. I’d suggest perhaps you reserve one bedroom for more kinky apparatus like swings and stuff. Lock that up when renting to vanilla guests and you just loose a room but can rent all the time.
