Not if you need something quickly. Anything available for rent through estate agents will get dozens of applications so odds are slim you'll get it unless you offer more rent. Everything that appears on the market is rented out again as soon as you blink your eyes. Think it's a backlog of people wanting to move over lockdown.
You could try gumtree and facebook as well OP, just make sure you get a solid lease contract and ideally do have an estate agent as the middle man x |

Every one i have appmied for in estate agents have at least 20 other applicants. Ones one guntree are crazy prices or wont acceot pets. Thanks for suggestions everyone x |
