Dont think it just means them or any set profession.
As a woman on here there's a real annoyance about the "I'm in your area come keep me company" messages. Or worse still folk that want me to meet them in their truck or car.. Just no.
Last time I checked I wasn't a tourist attraction.

A tourist attraction haha nicely put.
I guess with “passing though” there is not ties but then on the flip side there is no getting to know each other |
