village life, closest main town inverness

Kingsmills is nice

Also close by and probably a bit cheaper is the craigmonie hotel, nice and friendly and got a small pool too

Either of those are a 10/15 min or so walk into town centre for evening drinks or whatever lol

I've heard loads of good reviews for the Sundancer but never actually been!

I've been to the Sundancer in Nairn. The food is lovely, I recommend it plus try and book a seat by the window overlooking the Moray Firth. If you want to work up an appetite then walk on the East beach or the River.

There's Cawdor Castle nearby and the Golf course at Castle Stuart if that's your thing. If you like some history there's Fort George, an active army barracks built to quell any uprisings.

If you have any questions or preferences get back in touch.

I would recommend Dores beach and there's the Dores Inn which is at the car park for the (stoney) beach.
