If she didnt show she should have had the decency to message and tell you she's not coming. If a woman is running late she would call or message, if no call and she's more than 30 minutes late she's not coming , you call it a night and don't waste anymore of your time waiting.

I'm forever running later, was even late to my own wedding but you let people know. Common decency
