Celebrated my daughters 25th birthday with her kiddies and man, my parents and sons family, now daughter is down at her brothers house for a drink and I'm babysitting the grandkids, I seen that coming, hubby away to bed as he's working at 5 in morning so I'm demented . No drink for me since before lockdown as don't drink in house. So pretty much craving a night out and getting pretty d*unk once we are allowed out again .  the need for adult company and a child free night needs to happen soon for hubby and I. |

Just done a bit of shopping now back on here hoping to get more luck than I did last night when I was chatting to a “couple” who were very keen to have a social meet - so obviously I said well I’d like to see what u look like as I’ve been wound up before by people on here - all of a sudden the mail is deleted - I just don’t get people like that - sorry - rant over and feel better
Anyway shopping done wine opened and just about to make some soup and a whisky cream sauce for the steak I’m having later |

Trying to find a holiday for the start of October and obviously jumping between that and here.
With the new quarantine rules when travelling back from Spain and the islands that's kind of ruled out our 2 first choices of destinations Gran canaria & Tenerife. So we are now trying to find somewhere that's going to have the weather and hopefully less of a chance of the numbers rising again or that have already been relatively low |

I have been shoe shopping. Pain in the arse as not allowed to try them on but thankfully they fit."
Nothing fun unfortunately, lots of meaning of life type stuff and introspection
Good thing for me about not being out and about is that wardrobe not needing updated at the moment so don't have the dramas of shops |

Can't see me having the appetite to return to big shops for the foreseeable either. Grocery shopping is about as exciting as it gets just now everything else online |

Just checked and he wasn’t. Kenneth Williams was in Carry on Camping however and he more than makes up for it...
