When will it be safe to start meeting

Everyone is going to have their own perception of that. Some people are definitely already meeting, some have been meeting through lockdown 
Covid wise you aren't going to be safe until there is a vaccince but even then most fit and healthy people wont get the vaccince anyway. |

It amazes me that folk think there will be a vaccine Mers sars the common cold none of these have ever had a vaccine even the vaccine for the common flu is ineffective as there are so many strains. When will it be safe to meet again its just more risk assessment to what you already do so it's an individual choice it's makes no difference if you have met them before or not a virus doesn't think oh bigdickdan has met her before I won't infect her |

I agree with your risk assessment point but if you are meeting with people you know and trust you are able to have proper and trusting talk about the risks before hand to minimise any transfer to others in respective circles. And any underlying conditions they, you, or immediate circles may have. Other than that it is roulette. |

I'm not planning to meet anyone new however I have no real need to. I get my affection /intimacy /naughtiness fix from someone I already know very well.
However I'm single and pretty lonely and I doubt very much I'd be waiting years to meet people if I didn't have him. |

Already am .. back to work back to normal..risk of dying from anything is still the same .. not getting dragged into scaremorngerimg and propaganda .. life is for living and then u die  |

Covid by the looks of it, is not going away easy. Vaccines are a way off (how long no one knows).
Death rates in terms of population sizes are very small even in America. Obviously individuals feel differently as its personal morality at risk but so is everything we do.
Really it'll be down to you & who you meet, the government is guidance not law & it can't mitigate everything that threatens morality, it's another just part of being a mortal being. |

From a vaccine point of view it will be this time next year before we have access to a meaningful amount of a vaccine.
From a safe to meet point of view, it's like most things, you weigh up the pros and cons and decide if it's worth the risk. |
