And with them opening very soon indoors now, do you think many people on here will try meet now?

Socially we mean ?

For us , we are still giving it a miss for a cpl of months to see if there are any spikes because of bigger gatherings..... we have enjoyed chatting Loads to a few cpls and singles But also one of our old friends rejoined the other day too , so it’s given us time to get to know people prob a bit more than any planned socials etc in the future x

Glasgow/London

Call it crazy if you wish, but I'm having a social meet this weekend, no plans except walking outdoors and grabbing a coffee if suitable.

I think social meets will go up which means you will have more time to know people as physical meets are still totally out - unless you wank two metres lol

We will meet friends from here socially in small groups but won't be rushing to anything that has large gatherings for a good while

I'm looking for a date with Inspector Gadget....the only man on here who could safely satisfy me from 2 metres away

We already had a fab friend round for drinks a few weeks ago but it was just a social. We may look to have some fun this weekend

Yes I think people will start meeting socially again, things need to progress albeit slowly

I would agree with that.. We have to start to go back to some kind of what was normal pre Covid however just need to be cautious. Not much different having a social meet from here than speaking to someone in the pub or supermarket. Just my take on things doesn’t mean it’s right though

As far as pubs go, i think i will wait a while yet, think they will be far too busy at the moment. Maybe wait and see like the OP said, see if there are spikes again. Take care everyone and enjoy.

I’ll be giving the pubs a miss for the foreseeable future.. I was over the west end of Glasgow last weekend .. every pub I past was open and selling alcohol from the door .. I was shocked to see little to no social distancing lots of d*unks everywhere. No police.. ...although I can understand the relaxing of lockdown and the need to restart local economy. For me it still isn’t worth the second peak which will surely come as a result.

Can’t believe I’m actually contemplating hitting the local to have a nice pump poured pint of Belhaven Best extra cold, poured by a nubile young lass in a White crisp blouse and a full face visor.

I'd love to go out this weekend and dance round my handbag but sadly not.

Afternoon tea tomorrow though

It's my birthday at the end of the month and I'm dying for a proper night out...as in busy pub, heaving dance floor and some eye candy to chat to. Maybe for my 70th at this rate!

Outskirts of Cardiff just off the M4

We are looking forward to socialising again, even if it is doing simple things, yes playing is a bonus which isn’t permitted yet. However, we see swinging as a whole package.
