blackness

Think my friends will be shocked with my new lockdown body, starting to look more along the lines of a barrel with legs than my usual lean self.

Has anyone else suffered this? Or has everyone been using lockdown to get ripped? Haha

I’ve began to lose weight in lockdown, not working because of shielding so less stress and less eating as a result

I’ve lost a ton of weight that, to be honest, I probably couldn’t afford to lose. I’ll float away

"Lockdown - you either come out of it hunky, chunky or an alcoholic "

I'm a chunky borderline alcoholic

But as long as I keep doing what I'm doing, I will be coming out of this a bit lighter (despite putting on weight at the start) x

Working from home and have set my work station up at the kitchen table as it is the only space I can use, has not been good for my waistline, find I am working longer hours and snacking more. Have put on around a stone in weight!

Just under 1 stone put on unfortunately, I'm finding it hard to motivate myself to get the extra and a bit more off.

I (mr) have lost over a stone and a half. First 3 weeks I noticed how much rubbish I was eating so changed my diet completely. Been doing a 5k every second morning as well before work, walks at night and done a hill climb last week. Definitely a lot fitter and can notice the difference in my body. Looking forward to the gyms re opening to tone up.
