Be careful of people claiming to be photographers on here.
Anyone with a camera seems to brand themselves as one in the hope for some action.
Always ask to see examples of their work first.
If their own profile photos are rubbish or lacking any creativity I'd also run a mile.
Good luck |

Hello, this can be a grey area. My husband is a photographer and I help him with his business when not working. He tends to stay away from the boudoir side and sticks to weddings and other shoots. The biggest advice is to find a photographer that us a female or a male with a female assistant/photographer. This will help put you at ease and feel more comfortable when doing the poses. Also discuss a contract if its strictly business or of it's a shoot with abit of fun doing this will have everyone clear of the boundaries on the day also ensure to meet at a hotel so its mutual and a public place unless you trust and know that person. A boudoir shoot is the most unkinky type of shoot but the results make you feel amazing about yourself. Like previous commenter says ask for portfolio particularly their boudoir portfolio to understand the style they shoot as frustratingly anyone can pick up a dlsr camera or mirrorless camera with some OFC and call themselves a photographer. Best of luck and hope you find what you are looking for. |
