Both. Use the clippers to shave most of it off and then tidy up around the shaft and shave the balls smooth.
Once you’ve done it once, pretty easy to maintain after that. |

I also tend to use a manual razor in the shower. I use some conditioner to help it glide smoother. |

Been there, done that, won't do that again  . Stung it a bitch for days...
Veet is great. But definitely don't leave it on to long!!!!
Razor with conditioner works well.
So does magic powder..
And if you are a real pain junky. Get the ole back sack and crack wax....  |
