Had a bottle of Old Parr brought over to us from Japan. Never seen it before, but a good tipple.
Been looking at those copper alembic stills on eBay. Been making my own beer and wine, and my dad used to make his own spirits too when we lived in the Middle East so no stranger to running a still. |

I've been really enjoying Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey. Didn't think I'd like it but I like it a bit too much. It's certainly improving my banjo skills. |

I have a few day to day bottles but my special bottle is Balvenie Portwood. I have a 24 yes old anCnoc that I am holding until my friend becomes a grandfather then we will open it and finish it.
Cut my teeth on Glenkinchie so will always have a soft spot for it. Glenrothes is delightful with an ice cube even though I never add ice to any other dram. |
