As most of you know we held our first social just before lock down. Judging from all the comments and reviews it was a success.
We are starting plans for the next one once we get the all clear from Scottish government .

Single females and couples are always welcome. Specially the younger generation. Because we are classed as older we can contact a lot of you, because of your age limits on your profile. We did think about changing our ages but then decided against it. |

Fully aware venues for such gatherings are kept secret..
But often wondered which town centre bars were popular with swingers..
Have a sneaking suspicion the V. Rooms upstairs at the old cafe royal may be one...
A good few years back recall hearing/reading about a place out of the city centre that had a reputation...
Only way to describe location..is
Going down leith walk turning left more or less opposite where junction to london road and go for about a mile or so as if london road had continued across junction.. |

Of course the socials are vetted, to have genuine people turn up, and to keep them completely safe and to have an even distribution of people too, it makes them safer, more social and more fun As there is also a cost to booking the venue/food/DJ etc it means people will be aware of the fee to help cover costs. |

Any other socials I've seen have said that someone's name goes on a list pending payment or a reserve list.
That statement makes it sound like they're going to review the profile before even considering putting them on a the single male list.
For many a Social is their first change to get a verification, and if someone is knocked back because they have no verifications, then it's a case of tough, which isn't very fair.
Anyway I'll not be going.

I’ve organised a few socials before milf and filf took charge (and did a much better job tbh so thank you) of organising the Edinburgh socials and I can definitely say there is nothing wrong with the way they are doing it.
Also if you had added them you would find out that if you are new and don’t have any verifications because of that, then there is ways for others to verify you... through kik is an easy way or I can verify someone through snapchat, or they can be photo verified. These are arbitrary reasons that you decide that they are being unfair. They’re not.
If you feel like the organisers making sure that everyone coming along understands how to be discreet, safe and friendly is an issue then you are probably the type of person that has made these checks necessary. |

What I think is, the organisers had a great success with the first one. It was unfortunate the second was cancelled but we all know why.
This will be the first one since restrictions have been lifted and alot of people will have said maybes...
Once they have real numbers that's when they will have a better idea about single guys plus the single guys from the last one will already be on the list so it's not like there's not going to be any single guys there.

Any other socials I've seen have said that someone's name goes on a list pending payment or a reserve list.
That statement makes it sound like they're going to review the profile before even considering putting them on a the single male list.
For many a Social is their first change to get a verification, and if someone is knocked back because they have no verifications, then it's a case of tough, which isn't very fair.
Anyway I'll not be going.

I’ve organised a few socials before milf and filf took charge (and did a much better job tbh so thank you) of organising the Edinburgh socials and I can definitely say there is nothing wrong with the way they are doing it.
Also if you had added them you would find out that if you are new and don’t have any verifications because of that, then there is ways for others to verify you... through kik is an easy way or I can verify someone through snapchat, or they can be photo verified. These are arbitrary reasons that you decide that they are being unfair. They’re not.
If you feel like the organisers making sure that everyone coming along understands how to be discreet, safe and friendly is an issue then you are probably the type of person that has made these checks necessary."

We attended the last event and it was brilliant. Milf and Filf are definitely the host and hostess with the mostest! Great bunch of people there too. Count us in for sure xx |
