my niece is coming to stay tomorrow night with her 3 year old and her 1 year old... add that, to my 2 11 week old puppies.........
all I can say is........... my fecking soft furnishings, my art, my ceramics, my display magazines that should never be touched by another human.....
off to up my house content insurance to the MAX.... and score recreational drugs as will need to be off my tits to cope....

Oh dear....TRY and keep calm and just resist the urge to keep tidying around them ...I know EXACTLY how you feel. Now I just grin and bare it and then become manic on departure returning the house to 'normal'. Good luck hun. |

Suggest you wear blinkers for duration of stay so as not to see sticky finger marks................ everywhere !!
Try not to faint when children and boys try to share food no matter who it belongs too!!
Chill and enjoy ! They aren't staying forever lol.

am just back and have bought something I thought I would never buy....
got out the shop without being seen... phew.......
it's a FLEECE....yes a fleece..
to walk the dogs on the cold nights and mornings... thankfully dark mornings/evening.... |

So long as its warm and dry who cares what you wear at night walking the dogs,it will only be all the other poor dads you'll see left to do it on a wet freezing cold night!!

Wee damage limitation tip View, the dogs, always take extendy lead off as enter hoose, i forgot to and the whole family was in,Q happy dog charging in to see everyone and lead doing a clinical job of knocking every ornament, ruddy plant flying,the ,,silence was deafening!!,lol

niece still sleeping..
kids still sleeping..
lads still sleeping.. altho they were awake at 6.00 and got fed to save everyone being waken.. and back to sleep..
only me wide awake ..
calpol in drink does work for all...
half way and no breakage..
