Went to Germany for the Hertha Berlin match at the start of season with Olympic stadium tour. Well worth 14€ for the tour and €17 for ticket.
Dortmund another favourite with “that” wall.
The whole fan experience is great, tickets very reasonable with travel included and a beer.
Intended Hamburg as my next but will be replaced by cardboard cutouts now it’s behind closed doors.
I’ll be visiting Germany for a match once a year. Taking in lower leagues as well. |

Hamburg are my German team and I’ve been over and seen some of their games. They are on tomorrow but sitting watching the Dortmund game today. Hamburg is also a great place to go for the weekend
Me and our oldest were booked up to go to the Leverkusen game before football got cancelled, hopefully we get a trip next season |

Tip: never pre-book your game tickets. Sites such as viagogo and the like are an absolute rip off. Youl always find people outside the grounds selling match day tickets for about €30. Thankfully we have some friends over there now that always pick ours up before we go |

Agreed, having followed scotland abroad for some 30 years now we’ve always picked tickets up in a bar or through a pal of pal in whatever country were visiting. |
