I think some develop from early experiences....same way that we can unconsciously be attracted or less attracted to potential partners because of our relationship with parents. |

For me i think its the memory of women dressing like they did in porn mags back in the day.
I find it a huge turn on when I go for a social and a woman hat the skirt, heels and just the odd glimpse of a stocking top.

They definitely develop at different periods in your life. Some can be from being young some can be from later experiences. Seems an open ended question. Like most the nature/nuture debate.
They fascinate me though. My fetish is probably other peoples fetishes. Haha.   |

Both to be fair, unfortunately i haven't had the chance to explore my fetish much, and yes I do enjoy looking at women in heels.  |

Think it's just a spectrum. I find a silver ankle chain a massive turn on (minds me of early experiences). If I needed a partner to be wearing that would be a fetish. But where it crosses over I don't know. |
