Hi all.

Driving up to Aberdeen from manchester for work.

I work in logistics so I'm all over the UK.

I've been looking for hotels to stay at for the night as I've got a job going to grangemouth from here before I return home.

I've checked booking.com and airbnb but it shows nothing available.

Looking for any recommendations.

Have you tried phoning up? Some hotels are available for NHS staff and keyworkers. Although, your employer should be providing support for your wellbeing

I wouldn't know which ones to call as I'm not a local.

I'm classed as self employed so I decide on the work etc.

Which in the current climate I'm doing as much as I can.

Most nights I'm happy to sleep in the van as my ETA at places is well after midnight but in this case I'm early so was hoping for a bed for the night.

Premier inn are apparently open in some locations

Premier Inn are still running all meals etc are left at the door minimal contact etc you won't find smaller hotels open

They might well have short to medium term lets available
