Today after lots of begging and the fact tesco had yellow labels legs of lamb for 4 quid

I'm making the kids favourite

Slow cooked leg of lamb with garlic mint and rosemary

Garlic and rosemary baby roasters

Roast parsnips

Carrots

Broccoli

Brussels(for kids not me )

Sugarsnap peas

Baby corn

Yorkshire puds

And of course its gotta be thick meat juice gravy

Afters is a strawberry cheesecake and double cream

We do love roast beef with all the trimmings. Not sure what we’ll have today. I am making apple pie as I bought cooking apples yesterday.

Nice piece of pork and crackling for us today.

Usual roasties and parsnip (for me), tenderstem broccoli and various.

With a lovely thick gravy to finish it off.

I would do an apple sauce, but I've no cookers

Not technically a roast but the favourite thing in my house is Cumberland Sausages, wrapped in bacon, mash, green beans, broccoli, carrots, baby corn, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and apple sauce on the side
