I see this sort of question pop up on loads of forums, and the answers always seem to be the same.
For me, it's always gotta be the healing one, with nothing else attached. No charge to people being healed, just helping others feel healthy and their families being overjoyed with things would be enough.
I would put limitations on who or what I healed, but I'm not going into that sorta detail.

The power to redistribute wealth better and more evenly.this would have to be at all levels from individual to state to multi billionaire. Would solve most of the other issues like health.
