For the same reason some of the best bands / artists are not in the charts. Noel Gallagher recently said that it used to be that talent was thrust at the audiences & they accepted it, even if grudgingly at first. Now the media / entertainment people pander to the audiences e letting them decide what they get. It's how we've from amazing talents to party tricks.
Frankly I don't give a damn who won, I'm not interested in Britains got Talent (that's just personal opinion, not a jibe at those who enjoy it) and I prefer to discover my own entertainment rather than rely on the Simon Cowells to tell me what's cool. He's catering for a one size fits all audience. It's not my size. |

Cowell is to music what King Herod was to babysitting he has done more to supress real talent than anyone in history.
The voting is rigged to create controversy and subsequently boost the ratings and if not then the British public realy dont know the meaning of the word talent. |
