Always sleep well...even on holiday I try to stick to some kind of routine.
Try and fit some exercise and even a wee bit of minfulness or meditation into your routine before bed ..(NHS website has a good wee one https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/nhs-fitness-studio/bedtime-meditation/)
And obviously cut down on tea, coffee and all the caffeinated drinks...obvious that one but they fuck up your sleep. |

Mine is all over the place, but I've had insomnia since primary school, so it was goosed before the lockdown anyway. My days are running together quite badly though, I'm not entirely sure what day/date it is until I check my phone. |

I'm a terrible sleeper all the time. A broken 4 or 5 hours at most is a fairly good night for me.
Currently I'm getting about 3.
I'm exhausted constantly and I'm still working.
I think for me it's stress. |

I used to really struggle to sleep but I watched the truth about sleep on the beeb a while back and bought a pair of blue light blocking glasses
I put them on around 7pm and Im usually out cold by midnight, My sleep quality has really improved as well.
