No, there have been no cuts, that bit is true, but the NHS is certainly underfunded for what it's expected to accomplish.

Still, that extra £350 million a week and those 40 extra hospitals should help out no end.

Cant be cut to the bone with all the fraud that happens in the NHS and they dont know the money is disappearing... obviously the purse strings aren't that tight.

It's easy to say problems were caused 30 or 40 years ago, but even if they were, why should that affect today? Surely if 30 or 40 years ago the government got it wrong then the succession of governments that have been in power since have had a chance to correct it?
