I saw the news last night and Romes tourist attractions are totally deserted.
This has not happened since ww2 ?
This new unknown virus will just be less sever than flue surely - and behave exactly the same. |

I didn't see that. It must have been a bizarre sight.
The Coronavirus is meant to be worse than regular flu. A far higher death rate. (It's not the end of the world. But people who say it's nothing to worry about are lying or ignorant.) |

Just a thought how many airplanes out of the thousands of flights daily have been deep cleaned - big metal tubes with internal air con - with wings and all that.
The new way to spread - a pandemic.
Dont need rats or fleas. |

"It apparently effects old people more than the young ,,one of the plans our government has is to bring retired health workers back to work in the NHS "
Could this be a cunning government plan to reduce pension payments by reducing the number of living pensioners? |

This is not true about old people specifically.
Please look at the World Health Organisation (WHO) website on this. |

"The WHO website clearly states that elderly people , with pre existing medical conditions appear to develop serious illnesses more often than others if they contract corona virus. "
"While we are still learning about how COVID-2019 affects people, older persons and persons with pre-existing medical conditions (such as high blood pressure, heart disease, or diabetes) appear to develop serious illness more often than others."
Older people AND those with pre-existing medical conditions.
Don't assume that the young will not be harmed. |

I looked up The Who website. It was filled with some old white guys playing music. So I reckon that means elderly people don't get ill from the Coronavirus at all! |

Antibiotics won't help with a viral infection I'm afraid. |

you dont know if a secondary pneumonia infection will be viral or bacterial,
my doctor has prescribed Phenoxymethylpenicillin to be taken twice daily for 3 months and also Amoxicillin to be taken at any time a cold or chest infection comes on
No spleen lowers immune system and anyone in this situation is advised to be on long term antibiotics |

I think the best thing to do if you suspect you or folk you know - might have it is call your g.p and ask to be tested.
Never visit a g.p of local hospital if you think uve got this or virus.
You will be given instructions over the phone of what to do next - under instruction. |
