So we have a "Labour law" that states serious foreign born criminals that serve over a year in prison here are to be deported to their country of origin after their sentence.
We then have that prick of a twat David Lammy who just so happens to be a Labour tosser shouting the odds in Parliament sagging off the Tories about a law his own party brought in, tosser.
We then have all these Liberal idiots campaigning to keep these vile individuals here but this is the question...
Would we have all these Liberal idiots wanting to keep these deportable pieces of scum here if we replaced the black Jamaicans with brown foreign born Muslim terror criminals?
I wonder.....

I’m a proud immigrant to this country and I believe I should abide by the laws of the country.
If I committed a SERIOUS crime then I should be deported with due legal process.
Some of those kept at the detention centre didn’t receive that and quite rightly stayed behind.
It’s a touchy subject because of the Windrush disgrace so it has to be spot on legally. |

All of them committed violent crimes or dealt class A drugs. The scum protestors apparently misled many people by saying that they were all petty crimes. If these liberals love the criminals so much, we should keep all released criminals in one region and force the protesters live next door to them. Most of these self righteous people are the ones who live far away from the places where actual crime take place and expect the victims to act with humanitarian concerns. |

If my Mum had taken me to Jamaica as a kid, I then grow up and then decide to sell drugs & murder people, and the Jamaican government then decides to send me back to the UK. That would be my own stupid fault, wouldn't it?
How on Earth is this such a controversial matter? |

actually.... you might want to revise that statement...
the 20 who were removed today committed violent crimes or dealt class A drugs
the other 30 who were suppose to be removed actually didn't......
no one is argueing about the 20! its the others that people are saying that removal is disproportionate, especially since a lot of them were 1st time offenders for thing like possession (rather than intent to supply)

The real reason why some of them were not deported was because of a legal condition. The ones locked in a place in Heathrow did not have mobile network connectivity. They argued that accused should have all means of legal representation before getting deported and they couldn't get it because of this issue. Some of them gave out statements that their crimes were just possession. But all of them were sentenced for more than a year for something worse. |

"Why have we not deported Rolf Harris?
Most probably because he's got British citizenship " .
There's always one that tries to make out it's about racism!.

This is from the release website taking about offences for possession of drugs.
You are most likely to get a fine at court fordrug possession (sometimes you will also get a discharge) if it is a first offence, or it has been a long time since your last conviction. ... It is possible to go to prison for a few weeks or months for simple possession. |

Sorry Fabio but that just isn't correct.
Of the ones not deported one was convicted (got off) with manslaughter for knifing a guy to death outside a pub, and another served a 12 year sentence for **ping a 17 year old girl and abducting and sexually assaulting a 15 year old.
If they are not violent criminals then I don't know who are.
