The coalition Goverment in Norway has collapsed, after the Progress Party pulled out, over the decision to allow an ISIS bride and her children back into the country.
I'm not sure if the Goverment can continue, or this move will force a GE.

I don’t know if this answers your question,
Norway has a constitution, which was adopted on 17 May 1814. The position of prime minister is the result of legislation. Modern prime ministers have few statutory powers, but provided they can command the support of their parliamentary party, they can control both the legislature and the executive (the cabinet) and hence wield considerable de facto powers. As of 2020, the Prime Minister of Norway is Erna Solberg, of the Conservative Party.
Unlike their counterparts in the rest of Europe, Norwegian prime ministers do not have the option of advising the head of state to dissolve the Storting and call a snap election. The constitution requires that the Storting serve out its full four-year term. If the prime minister loses the confidence of the Storting, they must resign. |

"All this ISIS stuff
So boring now..
yea soooo boring now...well until one of them runs amok in a big city and kills a load of people but hey ho its all the wicked wests fault"
I don’t think any sane person would defend ISIS. But then again most sane people would have a problem with any extremist outfit, including the ones on the right.
It’s always telling when someone talks genetically about ‘Rotherham’ without giving equal consideration to the child-sex offenders of the EDL and such like. |
