Seeing as the license isn't cheap, especially paying to contribute to tv personalities, i think licence payers should vote each year on who gets booted out of the BBC!
Graham Norton - OUT! (with a boot up the arse!)

The public may be right to have influence but they won't have the fuller understanding of the BBC finances. The licence fee money is supplemented by overseas rights to the programmes. I imagine Graham Norton earns a lot more than Claudia Winkelman for the BBC, for example. I'd take her off but have no idea of her worth to them. |

I feel the BBC licence fee is now outdated in the multi media age,but it should be gradual as the BBC is amazing and produces a lot of quality and does not show loads of American garbage as Sky and Now do.
I feel to begin with OAP's and students should get free BBC to begin with maybe.

As i understand it, the government withdrew funding for the oaps, forcing the bbc to charge oaps that dont receive council benefits or something like that |

What are you really thinking? Make everybody who is poor (remember that quite a lot of oaps are) even more miserable ny denying them entertainment unless they pay through the nose for murdoch and bezos view of the world? You sound like a communist with your talk of clamping down on free speech |

Give all licence holders whoever they are to kick out the BBC, free speech in action. You could even have a program once a year called "boot em out" |
