So Ed Davey today said any referendum would come ahead of a Queens speech or Treasury Bill.
If the Libs were to get into government this would at best mean a 6 month delay of parliament for a referendum (carrying existing tax and spending rules). If in minority, they would vote down a queens speech, any start to Brexit negotiations and as said Treasury spending plans (Labours).
It's pretty important this - as the likelihood of a Lib majority is???? And I don't know the likelihood of treasury bill being voted against or a referendum/peoples vote being passed. |

"Well, it seems they have realised their Revocation policy was a mistake and are now setting out their terms for support of a minority government.

It seems very much that way. Do you see it likely a treasury bill would be voted down given SNP wouldn't mind increased spending?
SNP want to remain but are they likely to put a referendum over the spending plans Labour have? |
