"I don't get it. Is it because I've never had the honour of meeting a member of the Jewish faith? Why does everyone hate them? Are they super abrasive? Or smug? What is it?"
I think many things that aren't aimed at Jews are turned into attacks on Jews. For instance criticising certain businesses or banks or individuals can easily be redirected as Antisemitism. |

What do they say? Point your finger and there's three pointing back?
These aren't just allegations (the Tory calling card). They are tweets. |

You'd have to ask the far right (Although Jews have been persecuted for centuries). The last time I bothered to read UKIPS website (when they were last a political entity, ie before the BREXIT party), there was mention of the Kallergi plan, although watered down slightly. |

That's the crux of the problem on the left - there are a few nutters who think that global capitalism is a Jewish conspiracy. That is reasonably easy to twist by those with a vested interest in doing so, so that any criticism of big business is an attack on Jews.
You also have the "friends of Israel" types who would assert that any criticism of the state of Israel is antisemitic, a notion which, ironically is antisemitic in itself. |

I actually had the pleasure of meeting a UKIP member who told me to "go back to my own country". He then proceeded to try and beat me up. With operative being "try". |

Can you hear the silence? It's deafening!
Where are all these Antisemitism activists who have filled topic after topic with their passionate and unwavering stance against Antisemitism????
9 postings in a day on something that offends you to your very core????
Yes that's right I'm calling you hypocrites - the lot of you. If you were genuinely concerned about Antisemitism you'd be against it no matter where it came from.
The worst form of Antisemitism is using a genuine social issue and manipulating that for a political foothold. It's shameful! |

Rabbi Ephrayim Padwa, Senior Rabbi and head of UOHC (est. 1926) the largest Orthodox Jewish community in Europe, AKA "The Rabbi of Europe" has just signed a letter denouncing Chief Rabbi Mirvis reckless attacks on Jeremy Corbyn and The Labour Party
Who'd have thought it, eh? And Mirvis being a freind of BoJo is surely just a coincidence.... |

Mirvis hasn't done the Jewish community any favours with this.
I wonder if the facts will make any difference or if people will carry on believing what they want to believe regardless? |
