The Conservative party paid Google to promote 8 Conservative election adverts containing lies and set up a website purporting to be Labour Party manifesto, and another purporting to be a neutral ‘fact checker’. All contained lies and party promotions and misinformation.
This is a new ‘Low’ in that party’s behaviour. It highlights to me their disregard for the general public and their utter corruption. If they are voted into power, I fear for the UK |

People don't care about facts anymore, just ideology. They'll believe anything they are told by the media as long as it aligns with their fears and gives them something to look down on. |

You put a pathological liar in charge of your campaigns this the result.
More lies and more spin. Taking a page out of the republican playbook methinks! |

I’m slightly aghast at the implicant acceptance of the fact that people who wish to rule the UK seek to win favour by lying overtly and covertly.
I draw a distinction with manipulation of numbers with this-‘ Lies, damn lies and statistics’ and all that- but to have so many Conservative party election adverts taken down, and websites purporting to be fact- checking and by the Labour Party, should be punished in the heaviest way. |

Nail your colours to the post and believe all their lies.
No political party is beyond the realms of lies, subterfuge and misinformation. No political party is better or worse. Get off your high horses and take your blinkers off.
They all spout Bullshite!
It all boils down to power grabbing, who can lobby the hardest, who has the most money to take the power and beat down the opponent.
For one second if you think any of them serve you, you are sadly deluded. Governments govern over you in a crafty illusion that they really care |

To a small degree I agree with you, however I do not believe every politician thinks that way.
I also think, as a poster mentioned above, there is a huge difference between quoting some disingenuous figures, which yes they all do, to setting up purposely misleading and false websites That's a whole new level, and at present there seems to be only one party behaving in that way. |
