However dont condemn the EU for formulating a law that many English want .ie enforcing the nonchalant selfish cat owners have more respect for the other humans without cats |

But, if this is a negative EU regulation, has the OP stumbled across the first evidence of some potential upside to Brexit? Albeit a very minor, and potentially inconsequential. |

A very good decision. The problem with cats in the gardens will be end. No more cat shit, pissing on flowers by cats and digging flower beds in the gardens. Well done EU. |

crikey I agree with you there Bob. All those vegan cats nipping out at night for a few small mammal kills! So much for the vegan diet!
I inherited a cat once, but she was a live outside cat, but even at her death at 18 years she was a full on killer. I have also seen a European wild cat as big as a medium dog, that visits occasionally , it has decemated my poultry over time. Bloody thing only eats the bottom half of the birds too! |
