After nine years more people have died due to tory policies.

Isn’t it time to understand that the tories are murderers, and if you keep them in power you are allowing them to kill more people.

For those who vote tory, think about this.

You have the power to stop this, December 12 don’t vote conservative.

This is what you're dealing with when trying to point things out to Tory voters.

Facts are meaningless. In this example this person, for some reason, want you to name someone who has died as a result of the Tory party austerity. As if that somehow suggests that everything is wonderful under Tory rule.

This is absolute rubbish. If you seriously think that any political party in the UK somehow has some sort of extermination program against any sector of the population you should seek help immediately. You need to visit somewhere like China or Iran or maybe Syria to get a sense of perspective and understanding of what a true totalitarian government looks like.

So are you saying that homeless people have only ever died under a Tory government?

I somehow struggle to belive that. This is what the extreme left do, bleat out lies galore portraying anyone with a will to suceed as evil. Firtunately educated people on all political spectrums can see beyond this.

We can say whatever we like about the Government. They don’t care. They’re not loosing sleep.

"Says in the paper today that 70 000 people have died waiting for social care since the Tories came to power 9 years ago. "

What paper? Mirror by any chance? I don't know about the figures, they may be right they may not but they need to be measured against something. For instance, how many died waiting for social care the 9 years previous to that.

Don't get me wrong, it sounds a lot but it does not give circumstances or details that could explain why many of these occurred. For all we know none of these deaths are the fault of government, there can be 100s of reasons.

What a load of self righteous old cobblers. What strange arrogance to think that you as a labour voter claim all rights to be compassion and caring and all others have none.

No wonder your man is doing so badly in the polls of late. What makes you behave in this way. It is just so sinister how this cult of hatred and name calling is chipping away at normal behaviour. What on earth is going on at Labour meetings I wonder of late ?

It's like a sort of cult hatred that if it isn't snuffed out will lead to concentration camps and correctional behaviour facilities.

Hi. If you believe that people have died as a result of government policy , just think how many more would die if another party were in power.

A Labour government would destroy the economy and there would be even less money available to help the poor and needy. Higher Corporation tax would reduce the income of both charities and pensioners . (with many charities being dependent on income from legacies ). Not only do labout want to increase corporation tax , they want to increase taxes on investment income.

The issue which needs to be addressed are the reasons people are claiming benefits and why friends are family are not helping them.

We can hardly expect the government to shoulder the blame entirely for people's misfortunes .

It is a sad fact of life that there are simply some people whom you cannot help.

More people vote Tory than any other party because it's aim is to support a buoyant economy which in turn means that there is more money raised via taxation to help the less well off .

Wrong. As usual. The last government was a minority government.

Most people do not vote Tory. The FPTP system allows them to form a government even if the majority of voters do not assent to it.

This is, of course, also true of the Labour Party; when they govern.

As for there being more income from taxation (from a buoyant economy) being used to help the less fortunate. There's been very little evidence of that since 2010.

Quite the contrary.

"What a load of self righteous old cobblers.

It's like a sort of cult hatred that if it isn't snuffed out will lead to concentration camps and correctional behaviour facilities."

I'm trying to think of the name of the politician who was recently asked to curtail his rhetoric because it was so hate filled that it was feared it would inspire violence against opposition party members.....

Can't remember who that was. Anyone remember?

Oh no wait I googled it....

"Mr Johnson dismissed criticisms of his rhetoric as “humbug” after MPs raised their fears that being branded “traitors” and accused of “betrayal” was turning them into targets for violence."

There you go. Knew it was somebody Johnson just couldn't remember the first name.

This is absolute rubbish. If you seriously think that any political party in the UK somehow has some sort of extermination program against any sector of the population you should seek help immediately. You need to visit somewhere like China or Iran or maybe Syria to get a sense of perspective and understanding of what a true totalitarian government looks like."

So are you saying that homeless people have only ever died under a Tory government?

I somehow struggle to belive that. This is what the extreme left do, bleat out lies galore portraying anyone with a will to suceed as evil. Firtunately educated people on all political spectrums can see beyond this."

ABCAB Hi.

It aims but fails to deliver, we’ve given them nine years to sort this shit out, time for a change.

No, the Tory Party is not an anti-Muslim party any more than the Labour party is an anti-Jewish party. However both parties definitely have elements of both in their membership and supporters. Maybe if they both spent more time sorting out their own anti-semitic problems (and just to clear Arabs semites too) than they do trying to score points off the other for theirs, they might actually find some resolutions.

The OP's original post is not true but it is based on true data.

Full fact has a good piece on the subject.

The 120,000 figure is based on a projection of 45,000 from 2010 to 2014. However there is no evidence that the extra 10,000 deaths a year are due to any change in government policy, in fact between 2010 and 2012 there was little change in government policy as the Government's austerity program didn't kick in until 2012. It's as likely that these extra 10,000 a year deaths were the result of an older population and general hardships brought about by the economic crash in 2008.

In short there has been an increase in deaths but the evidence is simply not there to say that the increase is related to government policy, but it might be.

Just a thought who remembers the days of labour control and or union strikes at the drop of a hat ? How many deaths may have been caused by a fire engine or ambulance not arriving on time or a decades old machine being used as allowing the countries assets might contaminate for after strike use? How many deaths may have been collected to rat proliferation from uncollected refuse in the streets?

The labour POLICIES are just as able to cause unnecessary death as any other party. This is politics and an election not a war of hatred ! On the 13 we are all still neighbours are we not ? Some closer than others physically and ideologically ! At least we are in the minority of countries that let you discuss and vote Some can vote. So long as it’s for the party hey Comrade !?

I think you're letting your distaste for people's politics override your ability to discriminate between fact and propaganda. Murder is the deliberate killing of one human being by another. There is no evidence of that. It's this sort of over emotive language that is directly leading to the toxic atmosphere we have in politics these days, and also to the constant death threats and harassment that politicians are being subjected to everyday. Inciting hatred, even against Tories, is not the way to make a better society. Argue on the facts, not the speculation or the propaganda.

"After nine years more people have died due to tory policies.

Isn’t it time to understand that the tories are murderers, and if you keep them in power you are allowing them to kill more people.

For those who vote tory, think about this.

You have the power to stop this, December 12 don’t vote conservative.

ABCAB

There is only one party standing in this election that has been reported to the EHRC.

Tip: It's not the Conservative party.

Only one UK party has been investigated by the United Nations! For the treatment of its own citizens.. tip: starts with "C" and ends "onservative"

Since when was the EHRC the UN?

And I think as far as the UN is concerned it wasn't an investigation as such.

Just one Brazilian left winger who took on herself to stir up trouble. Later she was totally discredited.

The UN investigation into poverty and human rights in the UK which and the impact of the austerity ideology of Theresa May and David Cameron.

If you want to vote for the tories then that's your right, but dont lecture people about the tories not being bastards because they are

"

I'm a Tory, and proud of it.

Don't lecture people about the Labour party not being incompetent, anti Semitic lying scumbags, because they are.

"The OP's original post is not true but it is based on true data.

Very true.

But since when as a Labour supporters anti Tory rant been based on actual evidence?

Ok Boomer!

Is that supposed to be some kind of insult? If so, big fail.

I suppose that is natural really. Since when has the Labour party done anything but fail?

Answers on the back of a postage stamp please. "

This is the most insidious type of murder, state sponsored, Creating the conditions through policy and law to create the environment to cause greater hardship for its citizens. Ideologically driven.

But I have used too many big words, they might not understand, so I use simple words to get the point across.

It is just an idea. More tax loopholes were closed between 2010 and 2015 than between 1997 and 2010. However taxing of international cooperation is not simple and comes partly under WTO terms of trade, as France has found out in its efforts to introduce a digital companies tax. They are now facing a legal challenge from the US, which is where the companies mostly effected by the new tax are registered and where they currently pay their cooperation tax. Any extra tax they pay in France means playing less tax in the US.

Personally I think it's actually correct that companies pay more tax in the countries they trade in rather than the country they are registered in but I don't expect, on balance, that it will bring in much extra money as a lot of international companies are actually British companies and if they have to pay more tax in Africa, Asia and South America they will be paying less here.

Can you name any?"

I could name you a family member of mine who died as a DIRECT RESULT of the closure of an A&E dept of a hospital in Northumberland.

The 20 minute emergency ambulance journey, inc blues & twos, turned into 75 minutes to Newcastle. Breathing difficulties and loss of oxygen does not allow life for very long.

With a chronic condition managed well for about 10 years one problem ended in death because of the closure.

So, yes. I can.

.

Think very carefully about the health of yourself and your loved ones before you vote.

"People die. Shit happens"

Some people are also ignorant.

Of all people, someone in Belfast, should know about the crumbling state of their NHS.

The inability for a few adults to sit around a table and run a country is costing more lives there than anywhere else in the UK.

They're fools. They're selfish. They're childish. They're a disgrace.

And if you're a tax paying occupant of NI you should only wonder where your hard-earned is going.

Facts are meaningless. In this example this person, for some reason, want you to name someone who has died as a result of the Tory party austerity. As if that somehow suggests that everything is wonderful under Tory rule.

So that will be a no then."

They didn’t need to implement a policy of austerity, didnt they? Therefore it was deliberate.

Its a fact! tory policies have cause suffering to many people in the UK and abroad, whoever denies this must be ignorant.

If there was no need for any austerity then why did Alister Darling start the austerity program in 2008, and why did both Gordon Brown in 2010 and Ed Milliband in 2015 include austerity programs in their election campaigns?

"

Shush you’re not supposed to point out labour started things like that! Lol or encouraged and supported strikes fire ambulance services etc that also may have put lives at risk if not raised statistics! Cos labour is sooo nice ! Lol.

All political parties are different and their policies are too! There is no perfect answer hence democracy to find the current answer from the options at the time! Die hard. I’ve always voted fir ...... implies they don’t review the issues just blindly rubber stamp the same old. But as with Blair then Corbyn. Is that the same labour? If it is what do they review and vote on new policies? Lol

When you put money before people this is the consequence, Deep down tories MP’s are out of touch with the common person. Many of them ascribe to survival of the fittest, selfishness and greed are mantra’s.

Most of the tory MP’s are either from wealth, priviledge or from business.

Do they know abject poverty, were they ever sick with illnesses which required specialist treatment, did they ever have their services reduced or removed? What about their retirement age? Working people to death, did they ever have no heating in their homes? What about food on the table., did they ever starve or make choices between power, water, or clothing, travel to work?

I doubt they ever did.

So I say again, their policies were cold and calculated which led to the deaths of many people in our society.

If you are more driven by a petty shitty argument over if we stay in or leave the EU, then shame on you! It’s the lowest of all priorities at the moment in time. People’s lives are at stake right now! So

I wouldn't day the tories set out to kill, they do have a callous idea thst the poor, sick and disabled are in dire straights because they brought it on themselves.

The tories also pass the buck, priti patel for example, blaming local government for the increase in child poverty.

Right wing always blame the poor and less well off for all kinds of things that go wrong.

By practicing the above they can deny responsibility for their actions and ease their conscience when people die as a result of tory ideology and dont like being reminded of it..

True, these tory voters support their party though thick and thin, and are just as responsible for their actions because as they gave them the mandate to hurt those at the bottom of society.

Denying people access to essentials like food, heating and shelter based on ideology is more effective.

If you look at Chile, they systematically killed to create a capatilist country. The Americans educated a few Chileans in Chicago about how to create riches by using oppression (known as the Chicago Boys). They implemented it during the dictatorship in the 70s.

Even now there are mass protests in Chile 40 years later with over 70% disapproval rate the president won't stand down. The military are back on the streets using rubber pellets that has 2% rubber, water guns with something that's burning their skin. They've already killed protestors with amnesty international involved and the UN are investigating human rights violations.

Guess who was their biggest fan of their economic model. Thatcher... Which is why she always invited Pinochet for tea. So she could do something similar here. To create the rich, you need to keep the poor poorer.

The poor vote, unfortunately the tories have made sure that none of them can escape the ghettos. Plus the gerrymandering of the tories has made the value of a poor persons vote worthless compared to a wealthier persons vote.

Again the tories dirty tactics are there.

I'm not challenging at all and haven't for a while because there's been no ludicrous benefits of leaving being posted so it's quiet on that front

As I've said on other threads, Brexit shouldn't be an issue for a general election, brexit is a referendum issue but this election has only come about because of fooking Brexit which is a shame when as you say there are far far more pressing issues that need addressing than stupid Brexit

Also I do think this is the worst PM and tory front bench in my lifetime and while they are there I doubt I'll vote Tory again.

You stated as fact the Conservatives are murderers so knowing what constitutes murder I asked how you came to that conclusion, which you couldn't do.

You then stated as fact that you, me, us are being kept down by "them rich and powerful" so I again asked you how are they keeping you down, what are they doing because no one is keeping me down.

There's no "faux concern" at all but what is becoming abundantly clear is that you type very emotional accusations that you cannot back up when asked about how you see what you type as a actual fact.

The tories are guilty, and anyone who votes tory in this GE are advocating this stance.

Me pointing out that your own statements are factually incorrect and that their demonstrably so is not being supercilious either

You said the Conservatives are murderers

Murder

======

1. The unlawful premeditated killing of one human being by another

Murderer

========

2. A person who commits murder

Asking again, who and how many in the Tory party are committing murder to class the whole party as murderers?

Simple question really

And again, you stated the rich and powerful are holding us down...

Who is holding us down, how are they doing it...

Actually as nutty as this thread appears it has some merit. But it isn't necessarily the Tories as it is the rich.

Not too many rich men's sons were mowed down by the Maxim in WWI. You don't need concentration camps. Global warming is set to decimate a large portion of our population within the next 25 years. It won't be the rich dying. The rich could probably stop global warming tomorrow. But what did Donald Trump, champion of the rich and powerful do at the Environmental Summit. Walk out.

The rich will always be rich. There are laws and politicians to keep them rich. The only thing that could ever take their wealth away from them is the poor. It happened more than once in history.

Tony Blair has a huge direct death count for the Iraq war.

Does than mean it's okay for the Tories to rack up a few thousand too?

That’s a big body count to place down on one guy .

So how did Blair win 3 back to back wins and kill a million civilians (according to _estival .)

Yet Corbyn the pacifist/socialist is the unelectable loony left.

"After nine years more people have died due to tory policies.

Isn’t it time to understand that the tories are murderers, and if you keep them in power you are allowing them to kill more people.

For those who vote tory, think about this.

You have the power to stop this, December 12 don’t vote conservative.

ABCAB

Can you name any?

I could name you a family member of mine who died as a DIRECT RESULT of the closure of an A&E dept of a hospital in Northumberland.

The 20 minute emergency ambulance journey, inc blues & twos, turned into 75 minutes to Newcastle. Breathing difficulties and loss of oxygen does not allow life for very long.

With a chronic condition managed well for about 10 years one problem ended in death because of the closure.

So, yes. I can.

.

Think very carefully about the health of yourself and your loved ones before you vote."

Surely the issue in this caae has nothing to do with politics but what needs to be investigated is how the journey was managed and what work the para medics did on the patient during the course of the journey.

I totally disagree with the OP.

But that is a disgusting thing to say! Yes, people do die...everyone dies but to dismiss it as 'shit happens' is an awful point of view.

Well it could be quote reasonably argued that Boris Johnson has been running the NHS into the ground to firstly make it cheaper for his mate Donald and also more acceptable to put it up for sale. Let's face it. If the NHS was the world's best healthcare system there would be an outcry if it went up for sale.

It might just as easily be argued that Boris Johnson's unfounded obsession with getting Brexit done is to totally break the pound to make the NHS cheaper.

In which case OP isn't nuts. He has insight you don't have.

So what did it take for Boris Johnson to sell his country out? Maybe a hot blonde was all it took.

You have blood on your hands Boris.

I don't think it's an organisational issue. I think it's a funding issue. It starts with proper taxation.

You come and meet my Mother and talk about austerity! Single mother of two in the 1960s, she knew all about hardship. But we always had three proper meals a day and a proper winter coat, and guess what? We didn't go around stabbing each other!

Maybe a better place to start looking, is the rise of social media.

Sometimes this forum feels like a competition for who can say the most rediculous stuff about Corbyn.

Having said that. It's a known fact that he wants to ban knife and forks as part of his Taoist philosophy. And have you heard about his negotiations with alien terrorists from Alpha Century. Corbyn is well known anti-human and wants the aliens to destroy the work.

It’s true they say that nearly 75% of all media coverage about Corbyn is negative. Many people cannot see the wood for the trees in this election.

They’ve been figuratively brainwashed to believe that the tories are on their side, that only the tories can rescue this country.

It’s time that they got deprogrammed, and realised that they are victims also of austerity.

Not really, the truth is far more complex, but you read the daily mail so it makes sense that you would believe that. Did you know that a liberal democrat and a tory also attended the International Conference on Monitoring the Palestinian Political and Legal Situation in the Light of Israeli Aggression?

Guess you are a misinformed.
