Will Trump's goose be cooked by Christmas, or will he dodge the oven because most Americans really don't care they have a fuckwit for President as long as the economy's doing well? |

The only two American Presidents who have been impeached were Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton, both of whom were Democrats. In both cases however the Senate did not convict them.
I imagine the same will happen with Trump.
Coincidentally being impeached didn’t stop Clinton being elected for a second term of office. |

With a Republican majority in Senate I'd have to agree conviction is probably off the table, and it wouldn't surprise me one bit if Trump bags a second term. As he said, he could shoot someone and he wouldn't lose support. A sad state of affairs. Thank goodness we only have Brexit to worry about  |

Clinton's impeachment was started well into his second term.
Technically, Nixon didn't get impeached, but only because he resigned when he saw the balance shifting against him in the Senate. |
