He has been sacked twice for lying and has lies again to the Queen and to Parliament and to us.
MPs do not trust him to obey the law. So until the extension to Article 50 has been carried out they will not leave.

TBH, I think misleading the Queen, the country and Parliament is far more serious than whether you sing the National Anthem or not. I guess it's all a matter of prospective. Personally I'd rather have someone who would both sing the Anthem and not try to mislead anyone.

The HOC will probably vote against any deal because there is no deal that solves both the sovereignty problem and the economic problem. Any deal that solves the sovereignty problem and gives us more sovereignty than our current situation also brings with it economic problems. Any deal that solves the economic problem and allows trade to continue as it is now fails the sovereignty test because it would leave us having to follow rules we'd no longer have any say in the making off. So called 'no deal' is just the same from a sovereignty/economic point of view as a deal that solves the sovereignty problem but disregards the economic impact.
Parliament has not agreed an exit because so far no one has actually come up with an exit that solves both problems, probably because no such exit exists.

We may as well accept that it was true that he lied to her. It's not the biggest concern for most people, I'd hazard a guess. His successive Incompetence, failures and unlawful behaviour, including attempting to prevent parliament to operate throughout most of the remaining few days during one of the country's most high risk periods in decades, is truly horrific.

The facts are that Boris tried to use a longer than usual prorogueing in order to force through a No Deal Brexit.
Do you think he told the Queen that that was what he was doing?
Actually I don't think he did. There was no reason for him to give the Queen a reason for the proroguing and no reason for her to question his advice.
Whilst the court of Session did say that he had mislead the Queen on his reasons (misleading is not necessarily lying) the Supreme Court only ruled that the prorogation was illegal because of length of time regardless of the reasons, unless a good reason was given, which it wasn't.
I’m not a lawyer or anything, but judges use very nuanced language! When a judge says mislead, what they are actually saying is “very big fat lie”Where did you get that from the lawyers guide to language? "
That is exactly what they mean.
Should Bogger obey the law?
