A legal action has been launched in scotlands court of session to force boris johnston to request an extension to article 50 from the eu,failing which the scottish court will use a unique power and do it for him, scotland leading the way

Problem is that it’s not bojo asking it’s the EU agreeing to it.

France has already said no! How many others will do the same ?

France, or at least some in the Government anyway, are saying No to a three-month extension and Oui to a two-year extension.

Lolol I think some in Europe are getting fed up with the repetitiveness of the UK's pleading to stay just a teensy weeny little longer.

How extraordinary that, in 2019, anyone should feel the need to go to court in order to implement an Act of Parliament because HM Government refuses to do so.

Time to take back control from this so-called government.

In fairness five years of this crap is exactly what people voted for.

We were told that the initial withdrawal deal would take about five years to sort out. And people voted for it.

There is at least a decade of “this crap” to come - especially if there is no agreement on our withdrawal.

“A clean break, no-deal” is a misnomer of an epic nature.

Please don't. It won't be very nice if we end getting stuck with the mad dog vitriolic English nationalists

^^^^^

Yep.

All that changes on Nov 1 is we move from Article 50 (as a member state) to Article 218 (as a third country).

The arguments will be exactly the same, except we'll be making those arguments as an non-member, not a current member, and therefore from a weaker starting point.
